Some random things . . .
So I just posted yesterday - but I had some random things!
There are numerous things I love to take away from the gym. Here are a few:
1. I am proud of how disgustingly sweaty I am after a good workout. I love to look at how sweaty my clothes are. Gross, maybe, but you know you did good.
2. I love showering after working out - you can literally taste your hard work as you wash off.
3. Laughing at myself in the mirror after a good workout, and seeing how frizzy and curly my hair got from sweating.
4. Falling asleep after a good workout, and waking up feeling like a million dollars the next day (if you can still walk after that great workout you just had).
And of course there are many more, but those are my faves.
Also - I went to the library yesterday, to read up on Nutrition. I like information - and I like getting away from work to go to the library - but I thought understanding nutrition will assist me. I am halfway through “Nutrition for Dummies”, and I am throughly enjoying it. They make it fun, but most important it is easy to understand, and I am learning things I never knew. In case you are interested in getting away from work to go to the library too.
